This policy explains what information Digital Hours ("we", "us") collects when you use digitalhours.online, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include, such as your business name, website, the services you are interested in and your message.
Lead Finder orders. When you order leads, we store the details you enter (your name, email, company, what you sell, who to find and any notes) and the leads we deliver to you, so we can run and support your order.
Business information in the leads we deliver. To build lead lists we collect business contact details that businesses publish themselves: their name, website, published email address, phone number and address, and what their public website shows. We use it only to fulfil the order it was collected for.
Messages typed into our demos. If you try the AI receptionist or AI CRM demos on this site, the text you type is sent to an AI provider to generate a reply. Please don't enter personal or sensitive information into the demos.
Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use it to keep the site running and secure, for example to limit spam on our contact form.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or audit you asked for.
- To deliver and support a project if you become a client.
- To run, deliver and support Lead Finder orders.
- To protect the website and our contact form from spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, accounting or tax obligations.
We never sell or rent your personal information, and we do not add contact-form enquiries to marketing mailing lists.
3. Service providers we rely on
We share information only with the providers needed to run this website and reply to you:
- Vercel: hosts the website.
- Resend: delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Zoho Mail: hosts our email inbox.
- Google (Gemini API): generates replies in the website demos and writes draft emails for Lead Finder orders.
- Supabase: stores Lead Finder orders and the files we deliver.
These providers process data on our behalf and may store it in countries other than yours, under their own security and privacy commitments.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as the work and any legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email hello@digitalhours.online and we'll respond within 30 days.
6. Security
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, and access to our inbox and systems is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
7. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
